Lakshmi Sweet Centre Ltd, located in Wolverhampton, stands out as a beacon of authentic Indian cuisine. Diners rave about the extensive menu that caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates, with dishes like paranthas that evoke a nostalgic taste of Punjab, as noted by regular patrons like Aniket Jain. The generous portion sizes ensure that every meal satisfies, often feeling like a hearty main course, and the inviting cleanliness of the restaurant enhances the overall dining experience.
Customers frequently highlight the exceptional service, illustrated by stories of flexibility and warmth from the owners, who embrace diners even after hours, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Feedback from Luke Evans and Kamalesh Jawahar emphasizes the practicality of the takeaway service, especially during special occasions, where ease blends seamlessly with rich flavors.
Moreover, the delightful mixed grill—featuring tandoori chicken, lamb, and fish—is a standout dish that showcases the depth of flavor inherent in Indian cooking. Each bite is a revelation, harmoniously combining spices that transport you straight to India. Overall, Lakshmi Sweet Centre Ltd is not just a restaurant; it’s a culinary adventure that promises a return visit for anyone seeking genuine Indian fare. Highly recommended!

An all star review is rare, but this place deserves it. The food is as fantastic as the owners. We had different types of paranthas, and were reminded of Punjab in every bite. A go to place in Birmingham.

Ordered food for new year after recommendation. Phoned order 3 days before and drove 23 miles to collect. Easy collection process, food was ready to go, checked and paid. Food was delicious and added extra dimension to new years having to just warm up and not cook or wait an eternity for a takeaway. Highly recommend and will be back.

5 Stars. Great food. Unbeatable Service. We sneaked in after they had closed. But the Granny-Grandson duo welcomed us with all smiles and accommodated our request for takeaway. Definitely coming back soon for a proper meal.

At the recommendation of a friend, our group convened at Lakshmi Sweets & Restaurant nestled in Wolverhampton. Enticed by the prospect of genuine Indian cuisine, I eagerly delved into the culinary adventure that awaited. The mixed grill presented an enticing array of sizzling tandoori chicken, succulent lamb, and tender fish, each bite bursting with authentic flavours. The generous portion sizes ensured satisfaction, while the aromatic spices transported us to the heart of India's culinary landscape. Lakshmi Sweet Centre proved to be a hidden gem, offering a taste of traditional Indian fare amidst the Midlands. The experience was a testament to the rich diversity of flavours and the warm hospitality that defines Indian cuisine, making Lakshmi Sweets & Restaurant a destination worth revisiting for its delightful culinary offerings.

Very spacious and very upmarket feel restaurant The food is a ten out of ten for me Do try the paneer spring rolls, gulab jamun, samosas, lamb madras. Very spicy and tasty The staff are some of the nicest I've ever met - very hospitable and will do their best to make you feel welcome All the food I've tried has been outstanding Not sure about some of the negative review I've read? One thing on the spring rolls - they beat any I've tried in wolverhampton - and I've tried most of them Omg the roti is so soft Everything tastes freshly made I recommend it to all my friends J.
